THE KOHLHAUER SCORSA® PRODUCT FAMILY

Intelligent KOHLHAUER SCORSA® system solutions offer transparent noise protection in modular standard sizes with the element structures SCORSA CLEARVIEW (acrylic), SCORSA SOUNDGARD (polycarbonate) or SCORSA LAMEX NOISE PROTECTION (silicate glass) in the SCORSA FRAME (frame system). Also available in the transparent and absorbent SCORSA CLEARWALL version.

We offer transparent noise protection without visibility obstruction, using the SCORSA POINT FIXING frame construction – point fixing for modern layouts. In addition, our parabola-shaped SCORSA FLEX for a futuristic design.

Utmost functionality for economical noise protection

After the successful introduction of the patented plantable system KOHLHAUER PLANTA®, KOHLHAUER® is presenting the new all-round Grid-Insulation-System (GIS) KOHLHAUER ALUFERA®.

Based on the proven design of our PLANTA system, this element had been specially developed for the needs of the new trans-european future markets, without having to renounce the proven construction principle. The result is a new and attractive large-sized noise barrier element, with the well-known and highly efficient acoustical properties and the easy to assemble, patented technology.

KOHLHAUER ALUFERA® noise barrier systems perfectly combine an appealing finish with sustainable construction and high technical requirements. All KOHLHAUER® Grid-Insulation-Systems (GIS) have been tested by renowned institutes for noise insulation, sound absorptivity, wind load, frost and road salt resistance, durability etc. and so KOHLHAUER ALUFERA® as well.

KOHLHAUER® noise barriers are a perfect combination of sophisticated technology, environmentally friendly design and attractive appearance. KOHLHAUER VOLTA®

Noise barrier with integrated Photovoltaic on the Bridge "Würmbrücke" at Pasing (DE) Bypass

During the construction of the noise barrier for the bypass Pasing, was built a transparent photovoltaic system in the bridge crossing at the Bridge "Würmbrücke" (Cross Josef Felder-road / Lortzinger road) on the north side of noise barrier. The solar system has a total capacity of about 0.04162 mWp

KOHLHAUER ALUFERA®

"Noise Protection Belt" surrounding Sarajevo´s (BIH) Highways

Pursuant to a new law regarding noise protection adopted by the Canton Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) Assembly in 2007, both sides highly absorbent noise barriers were planned and erected of the main highways belonging to the highway network in and around the capital city of Sarajevo (Sarajevo Bypass Project).

Thanks to the erection of a "Both sides Noise Protection Belt" of the main highways, the "slim" and visually appealing KOHLHAUER ALUFERA® Noise Protection Systems now offer the neighboring settlements protection from noise, dust, pollutants as well as other harmful effects caused by the daily flow of traffic. 

On more than 6,000 m² of area, the Sarajevo based company CONING d.o.o, an official licensing partner of R. Kohlhauer GmbH, was able to combine optimal noise protection with appealing architectural design and innovative structural designs.

Wroclaw (PL) Noise Prevention - the highest standards with spectacular design

KOHLHAUER®, the noise specialist from Germany caused a sensation in Poland with its innovative noise protection system KOHLHAUER SCORSA FLEX®. 

Together with partners KOHLHAUER®created noise barriers made of concrete and acrylic glass in the spectacular form of a parabola along the 22 kilometer stretch of the expressway bypass of Breslau. 350 tons of acrylic glass alone was used.
