SPIRALTEC GMBH INTRODUCES ITSELF
A young company that relies on professional know-howas well as experimental ambition.
Spiraltec GmbH was founded out of the motivation to develop a new process technology of environmentally friendly diffusion dialysis and thus to offer customers a compact plant technology for process water treatment. It was the first company worldwide to succeed in developing wound membrane modules for the membrane separation process diffusion dialysis in countercurrent.

Spiraltec GmbH was founded in 2015 with headquarters in 74343 Sachsenheim. It belongs to HPH Beteiligungs- GmbH and is located in the field of environmental and energy technology. Since its foundation, the company has had a development cooperation with Fumatech BWT GmbH. Through this cooperation Spiraltec receives as an exclusive partner the latest generation of ion conducting flat membrane foil from Fumatech BWT GmbH.

Diffusion Dialysis for Acid Recovery and Metal Retention
The first development of Spiraltec GmbH is a highly effective spiral wound module for the separation of metal salts and acids.
Example application of Spiraltec's WD-AR 10 module for regeneration of sulfuric acid and removal of aluminum during anodization of aluminum: 90% recovery of free acid with more than 95% retention of aluminum.
